This is different from other personal training programs.  You choose to attend as often as you need to meet your goals or update your program.

with Jonathan Dyer

Jon has been a fitness and weightlifting enthusiast most of his life.  He is a ISFTA Certified Personal Trainer  with a focus on functional fitness.  Working towards his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Jon stresses form and proper body mechanics in his training.  Some of his personal interests are Martial arts, fitness, little league baseball coaching,  reality self defense.  He is a certified Cobra Reality Self Defense Instructor. 

                                                         Supervised Exercise Programs:

·       This is a program for adults, with ongoing weakness or pain, with difficulty returning to their previous exercise programs, recreational activities or sports

·       This is a program for athletes that want to maximize their potential and decrease their risk for injury.

·       This is a program for previous physical therapy patients who have become “functional”, but would benefit from continued exercises to maintain that function al level and improve their lifestyle.

This program will be customized for each individual client to meet their goals with emphasis on core strengthening, weight training, proper technique, correct movement patterns, sport specific training as well as education for prevention of injuries.

Current Fee schedule $60 per session 
Purcahse a block of 3 sessions at $55 per session- $165.00,  paid in full  
Purchase a block of 6 sessions for $50 per session-$300.00 paid in full
