Catherine has an extensive background in manual techniques and was initially certified in massage in 1992. She has attended many continuing education courses on soft tissue and joint mobilization, including Mulligan seminars and myofascial release. She has a comprehensive backgound in exercise, including becoming certified in Pilates in 2006. Catherine was a professional dancer from 1981 to 1993.
Catherine is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French. She has worked locally at Helen Ellis Hospital, Kessler Sports and Orthopedics, PRISM and Cora.
Catherine received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from The University of North Florida. She also received her Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Musical Theater from The United States International University.
Her personal interests include exercise, dancing, music and hiking.
